Milk & Honey Bath Melts


1/3 cup shea butter/cocoa butter

1/3 cup oil (almond, coconut, olive, avocado etc)

¼ cup honey

10-20 drops essential oil (e.g Stress Away – this beautiful oil really helps your mind to relax)

1 & ¼ cup milk powder (+ extra for rolling)

 

*Melt (in glass bowl over saucepan of boiling water) all ingredients except powdered milk & essential oil, allow to cool

*Stir in 1 cup of powdered milk (the mixture will be slightly crumbly) and essential oil (ensure mixture is cool before adding oil)

*Measure approx 2 tablespoons of mix and roll into tight ball

*Roll in powdered milk

*Place melts onto baking paper to set

(makes approx 10-12 balls)
